ANALYSIS

Rather than entering into a transaction blindly, we complete thorough due diligence including property equity analysis, DHCR audits, areas of opportunity, best use study, pre- and post-sale cash flow analysis and closing costs review.

PREPARATION

In this stage, we work to prepare a property by improving curb appeal, preparing building and tenant records, obtaining all necessary documentation for closing, organizing contractors to perform work if needed and helping to resolve any other outstanding issues.
